Rental Period
The rental period is basically for 3 days. The equipment will be delivered a day before the event and picked up the following business day. If you need the merchandise for a longer period, please contact our office at (619) 424-0007 and make the necessary arrangements.
Delivery Services
Regular delivery and pick up hours are from 9 am to 6 pm on Monday through Saturday. We can deliver and pick up outside of business hours for an additional fee. Please call to get pricing.
Cancellation Policy
We will reserve the equipment you need for your event. But in case of a cancellation there are fees that apply. We are not responsible for weather conditions or natural disasters and any cancellations these may cause.
Once the contract is confirmed a cancellation fee will apply. 50% if cancellation is three days before delivery day, and 100% charge will be assessed if cancellation is requested within 48 hours previous to delivery day. Restocking fees may apply for partial cancellations or changes in the order.
Final Numbers:
We do request a final count 14 days before delivery; this allows us to have equipment available for all of our customers. If you need to make changes (add or subtract) to your order after the 14 days period we will be glad to help, but please keep in mind that if all the changes made after the 14 day period are subject to availability and cancellation / restocking policies.
Verify your order
We count our equipment 3 times before delivery, but it is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order when it's delivered. Once the invoice is signed, the customer accepts the order as is. Please notify us as soon as possible if there are any discrepancies or malfunctions, we will resolve the problem before the event starts. If the customer doesn’t call us, we are not able to resolve any problems that may occur, and no credit will be considered.
